Exquisitely crafted from South Texas mesquite, the stems and bases of Paul Judkins' champagne flutes are handmade through a meticulous process. He starts with a chainsaw, personally selecting and harvesting century-old mesquite trees slated to be cleared for farmland. This richly grained wood is seasoned, and then turned on a lathe using a custom-made bit to produce the elegant form that supports the glass. Judkins says, "I feel that through my work, these venerable old giants live on in another form." These one-of-a-kind glasses produced through this labor of love make distinctive additions to your table and unforgettable gifts for any occasion. Handmade in San Antonio, Texas.
