The box didn't work and was not really reusable
I'm glad for the flavors and more popcorn. However, the box did not really work without adding some oil to help the popcorn actually pop. Then it is dirty enough that it is not reusable. It is cardboard, it is kind of gross to keep using it. I have collapsible microwave popcorn bowls that I reuse. I mostly bought this for the fun flavors, but needed to write an honest review if you want this also for the reusable popcorn box.

The Popzup Popper is designed for up to 12 uses and is made to be composted or recycled afterward. Some browning is normal and won’t affect how it works, but we totally understand that it may not feel reusable in the way a traditional bowl might. Just a quick note, oil or added ingredients are needed when popping. In fact, for best results, the Popzup Popper should only be used with Popzup Popcorn kernels. Great gift!!! And fun popcorn box!!!
Everything you need, all self-contained in its own popper box. Love the real ingredients (no gross sludge like the other microwave popcorn) + non-GMO kernels! And talk about delish! Yummmm!!

Does cardboard contain any products that are unsafe when microwaved? How many times can the product be used?

Hello, No, the popping box is eco-friendly, made from virgin paperboard, printed with vegetable-based ink, recyclable, and compostable. an be used 12 times. It comes with 12 kernel pouches, with each pouch popping 10 cups of popcorn then can be recycled or composted.
