What a waste
Ordered 2 matching robes for my nieces for Christmas. I should have received them by December 17th according to my 1st communication. Then told on backorder and will arrive by December 32. Just now, received a cancelation email. Annoyed.

Disappointed
I was disappointed in the design of this robe. It's cute, but not easily reversible because the tags are sewn down on the solid side. You would have to use the belt without loops on the print side. The fabric on the solid side sheds.

Uncommonly Terrible Customer Service
I ordered this for my nephew on December 7. It was cancelled two days later without explanation, saying the robe was now out of stock. I ordered a different robe on December 9 and it was scheduled to arrive no later than December 17. After several days it became clear something was wrong and I contacted uncommon goods on several occasions. I was told on two occasions that everything was fine and that the product would ship. Then on December 22, I again received a cancellation notice without explanation. The lack of communication and subpar customer service was truly disappointing and I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

NOT reversible
These are cute and very soft, but by design, they are not actually reversible. The tie is SEWN in to the solid color side, so if it's reversed to the print side, the tie cannot be used. Same for the tags sewn into the solid color side. We purchased 2 of these and experienced the same issue with both.

While the garment itself is fully reversible in terms of fabric, the belt is fixed and designed to be tied on the outside when wearing the sherpa side out. Why does the photographs depict the belt being used on either side when in reality it is sewn in attached? The title of the item is "reversible"… isn't this false advertising?

Hello! We have contacted the manufacturer regarding your inquiry, and they have informed us that "The belt is stitched down to mitigate choking hazards. It can be easily detached using a thread cutter should a parent choose to do so; however, we do not recommend this action."
