Edible Accoutrements

For Cameron and Rebecca Stern, jewelry-making is much like crafting a modern-day Wunderkammer. Collectors of tiny tributes to life in all its tasty glory, Cameron and Rebecca cast their sterling silver studs from 3D-printed molds and fill them with "specimens" engineered to induce joy, like the pinches of sugar and spice seen here. The result? Bitsy earrings that are sure to put a smile on the face of your favorite foodie. Handmade in New York, and available in four non-comestible flavors: Saffron and Gold Leaf, Raw Sugar, Crushed Red Pepper, and Salt and Pepper.

Due to the handmade nature of this item, each is unique and will vary.

Made in New York

Cameron Stern has worked as a theatrical technician and designer on tour and off-Broadway. He studied Sound Tech and Design at Ithaca College but left school early to jump right into a life on tour. He's also a professionally trained pastry chef, a proud dad, and the lead robot wrangler in the Stern's studio.

Brooklyn native Rebecca Stern holds a BFA with Honors in Jewelry from the Pratt Institute. In addition to her prowess in the studio, Rebecca makes the world her classroom and has taught jewelry and cartooning at the 92nd Street Y, gardening to kindergarteners, and even emergency craft support at kid’s birthday parties.

Rebecca, Cameron, and their crew take the controlled chaos of their eclectic New York studio and use it to coalesce old and new techniques with ideas, obsessions, and inspirations to create idiosyncratic work that resonates with a wide audience.
