Any Which Way But Ordinary

We have it on good source that Cleopatra was known to wear her cobra headband as a statement belt. And that Wonder Woman found her Bracelets of Submission also worked as really fantastic hoop earrings. Amy Shepsman knows the loveliness that is being able to wear one piece of jewelry many different ways: her wrap necklace, which features a vintage snake chain and genuine, no-two-are-alike rubies on each end, is designed to be worn a variety of ways. Wear it tied loosely in the front, drape it so the gems hang in the back, or wrap it tightly to create a stunning choker, taking comfort that the paparazzi will never catch you wearing the same look twice. Handmade in New York.

location

Amy Shepsman draws much of her design inspiration from her childhood in Great Neck, New York, where she was surrounded by the unique juxtaposition of nature and the city. Merging the colors and textures of earthy elements with the sleek, sharp architectural shapes of the city, her jewelry line fuses these different worlds to create something wholly unique. Amy combines her years of jewelry bench training with a degree in fine arts from Cornell University. She works alongside artisans who represent the true foundation of quality in design and production to hand-make each of her creations.
