Created from a wedge of white stoneware clay by Elaine Leonard, each one-of-a-kind dinner plate, salad plate, bowl, and mug is handcrafted on a potter's wheel and glazed in a rich pattern of blues and greens. Handmade in St. Louis, Missouri.

Elaine Leonard, a graphic designer turned potter, got her start at the University of Missouri Bachelor of Fine Art Program. After years in the design community, with one hand always in clay, she finally turned her focus to ceramics full-time. With a home studio located just West of St. Louis, she strives to create unique, functional work. She enjoys working on the wheel and experimenting with multiple layers of glaze to create stunning patterns of color.
