security gray grass - sarah nicole phillipsby Sarah Nicole Phillips
- the story
Leaves of Grass
Brooklyn-based artist Sarah Nicole Phillips began collaging with used security envelopes she came across while working at an office job. Using the decorative interior patterns previously used to hide the contents of a letter, she created elaborate scenes with flora-inspired imagery.
Inspired by lush fields of grass blowing with a soft breeze, this refreshing artwork is brimming with eye-catching patterns and cool grey palettes. Each blade of grass is highlighted with a different flowing design, lending a contemporary touch to natural style. Made in Brooklyn. Printed and framed in Oregon.
Exclusively at UncommonGoods.
