She designs each piece to match the lunar phase on the date you choose, solders the stained glass together by hand, then adds a mesmerizing depth of color with blue and gray alcohol ink. It looks positively luminous when hung on a wall or in a window. Each moon arrives with a card that includes the handwritten date and description of your amorous evening. Handmade in Louisiana.

Anna Gall is a third generation glass artist, born and raised in Crowley, Louisiana. At 15, she began working summers at her dad's church renovation and stained glass studio. After a brief stint in college to study interior design, she realized her true passion was creating art, and so she went back to work for her father full-time. After he retired, he built her a mobile studio in her backyard. Today, that's where the mom of three handcrafts all of her gorgeous stained glass designs.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 6/26/2025.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box. Instead, you can include your Gift Message on the shipment's packing slip.  At this time, this item cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories including Minor Outlyling Islands. Please keep out of direct sunlight. This item does contain lead. Please handle carefully and keep out of reach of children. Wash hands after handling. Please do not attempt to wipe or scrub the painted side. Though it is sealed multiples times, the paint may still be prone to scratching. We do not recommend hanging this piece from a suction cup.

Hi! I love this piece. I'm finding my favorite place for it is a window in the bathroom, but I wondered if it's okay around water? In this location, it would be exposed to steam and overall dampness, and might get directly spattered with water from time to time (but not soaked). Would this be okay for the glass/paint? (I'm less worried about the chain, as that would be replaceable, but info on that is welcome too.) Thank you!

The humidity and steam in a bathroom should not affect the piece. Occasional drops of water or splashes shouldn’t affect the paint either. However, consistent splashes followed by wiping away of the water will eventually erode the sealant and affect the paint. If the piece does get splashes, we suggest dabbing the drops versus wiping.

Hello! The solder to one of the rings on our moon broke. We have a soldering iron And I believe I can fix it myself, but I want to make sure I'm using the proper solder so I don't heat up the glass too much or break anything. What metal was used did you use to attach the rings to the stained glass? Thank you!

Hello! We're sorry to hear there was an accident with your Glass Moon! The solder is a 60/40 lead-based solder, and the soldering iron should be at least 60w to melt it properly.
