Absolutely gorgeous

Pretty vase
This is a very pretty vase for use around the house. I especially enjoy the splash of yellow coloring (for April). My only criticism is that I wish the opening was a bit wider for double bouquets. #sweepstakes

How far up does the design come in inches? I have a 12" glass flower and want to know if room to put something in bottom?
