Dedicated to real pickle lovers, the scene on this can-shaped glass sources inspiration from those delicious and comical former cucumbers with imagery based on Faith Sponsler's original linocut artwork.

  • Faith's medium, linocut, allows for vibrant prints by carving away negative space from a base to form a reusable stamp-like relief image.
  • Each 5 1/4"H x 3"D glass holds up to 16 oz.
  • Glass features a print of two smiling pickles in a jar with the words "Come on in, the water's brine!" at the center.

Faith Sponsler, originally from Mount Shasta, California, now calls Portland, Oregon, home. She received degrees in art focusing on painting, sculpture, and installation, but felt lost after graduation. “The experience made me question if I even wanted to do art anymore,” she says. Picking up linocut printmaking on the side, Faith realized this new(ish) medium was bringing the fun back into making art. She decided to make and sell some of her prints online. Five years later, it became a full-time job.
