Replacement sprigot
Needed a replacement sprigot on a personalised barrel I'd bought almost 2 years previously. Perfect customer service, explained my issue to an online chat person and I had a new sprigot within a few days with no charge.

Personalized whiskey barrel
I ordered in October because I read reviews that it needed to be sent back for other people and I wanted time to do that if needed. Auto correct changed the words I put in for the personalization but I called uncommon good and they fixed it for me right away and when the barrel came it was great. My boyfriend loved it and his wiskey turned out great but the spigot broke off! I called uncommon good again and they sent a new one right out. Obviously the spigot breaking is not acceptable but uncommon goods could not have handled the situation better. All in all I am happy with this and would recommend it to a friend.

Awesome personalized gift!
I purchased this for my significant other who dreams of having his own distillery one day. It's been very fun for family and friends to take part in the tastings and I think it's helping him to see that his dream could potentially one day come true! The initial shipment was missing several pieces and the cleaning tablets. When I called customer service they were very apologetic, understanding and sent the parts out immediately and we received them the next day.
