Always seeking water vistas on her trips, Renée enjoyed a relaxing vacation as a friend's guest in Long Island, New York. On the Boardwalk was inspired by the beaches she found there. Renée captured the carefree feeling of riding bikes along the wooden seaside promenade.

Part visual travel journal, part diary, her collection of images represent chapters of the Chicago-based painter's life, culminating in an artistic journal depicting the places she has been and the experiences she has encountered along the way. She combines her affinity for the geometric patterning used in textiles, mosaics, and stained glass to create personal home, nature, and building portraits that depict not only what she saw in a particular location, but, more significantly, what she felt.

This item ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 3/25/2025.

Limited edition of 250 sequentially numbered prints. Framed in a black Durian wood frame, with white FSC certified matboard (Artique), and Plexi. Frame dimensions: inner: 16" L x 20" W; outer: 18" L x 22" W.
