How Do You Tofu?
The greatest myths of all time: Dinosaurs lived with humans, Bigfoot is real, and tofu doesn't taste like, well, anything. But don't take our word for it (at least regarding tofu): This DIY kit lets you whip up delectable dishes using a fresh batch of homemade tofu. First, heat the soy milk and let it cool. Then add the natural solidifying agent (nigari), transfer the mixture to the mold, press flat, and place in a cold bowl of water. The included recipes will tantalize your tastebuds with flavors like Thai green curry and vegan tofu tenders. Or just fry it in a pan. It's versatile like that. Kit includes everything except soy milk and soy beans. Assembled in Auckland, New Zealand.
