Love Letter Napkins - Set of 4

Food for Love

Transform any meal into a romantic rendezvous with these swoon-worthy table linens. Each cotton napkin carries the complete text of a love letter written by a literary great. They are as sweet (Emily Dickinson), profound (Jack London), witty (Mark Twain) or bold (D.H. Lawrence... writing to the husband of his mistress!) as we all dream of being when expressing our own feelings.

The beautiful table linens were created with the same love and attention that was put into crafted the letters themselves. The 100% cotton fabric is handmade, with miraculously perfect, hand-finished seams. The graphics are printed with high-quality silk screening, which captures the detailed character of each letter's typewritten text. While they're made for use as napkins, their elegant simplicity would also add a touch of romance simply laid out to protect a wooden surface, hung up as romantic café curtains, or displayed in a favorite literary nook. Made in India.

Loving the Love Letters

I like these napkins because they're unusual and because they're different from each other (four different letters on four napkins). They are thin (handkerchief weight cloth), but I don't see that as a drawback. They could also be framed as an interesting set. I bought them for my hard-to-buy-for sister for next Christmas. We'll see if she likes them as well as I do!

Great gift

Don't expect practical use from these. But the are so original and neat, I didn't care about the than fabric.

More like a men's handkerchief!

The printing of the poems/letters are great however the fabric is really thin. Much too thin for a napkin so they'll be used by my husband as a handkerchief instead.

Not great...

These napkins are painfully thin and love letters are tepid at best. Not very romantic at all...

Poor quality fabric, odd letters feature

I needed to return them. Fabric so thin you can see through it. Odd letters too one sure didn't seem like a love letter more an 'I sure don't like you letter'. I loved the idea so was sorely disappointed. I will say customer service was great at handling this.

San Jose CA

Loved the idea of these napkins but very disappointed in the quality. The napkins are so thin they wouldn't even fit in a small napkin ring. Really wish they would put the messages on "real" napkins!

Excellent gift

I bought it for our anniversary and my husband which is very intellectual totally approved!!! He was very pleased

Very unique gift. The material is pretty thin, but I doubt most people are ACTUALLY using them as napkins

Edmond, ok

Nice 2nd Anniversary Gift

The napkins were very nice and well represented on the website (no surprises). It would be nice if there was a way to get four others to complete our dinning room set.
