Israeli Pottery

Ancient techniques meet modern style with this lovely stoneware pot. Adriana Rozental hand-throws each generously sized piece on a potter's wheel. As it spins, she presses her hands and fingers into the clay to guide its transformation into an elegant pot with a custom-fitted lid. After firing the finished design in a kiln, she applies a glaze to the interior that provides a slick, non-stick surface to cook vegetables and eggs with ease. The exterior is intentionally left unglazed to offset the jade lid with the rich, earthy hue of the natural clay. Handmade in Israel.

Due to the handmade nature of this item, each is unique and will vary.
