Home Tea Ceremony

Matcha—finely powdered green tea—is the centerpiece of the Zen tradition known as the Japanese tea ceremony. If that's not impressive enough, it's also a formidable superfood packed with catechins: beneficial antioxidants that blow all others out of the water. Now, can your coffee deliver that? Didn't think so.

The matcha in this tin is a mellow tea with subtly sweet notes punctuated by a powerful umami flavor. It's made from tencha leaves, a shade-grown tea prized for its delicately refined flavor. The tencha leaves are carefully ground in a stone mill until they have the fine texture of flour. Along with the wealth of catechins, it offers a shot of fiber, chlorophyll, vitamin C, and other essential vitamins. Whisk it up hot or cold to start your own home tea ceremony.

Each tin contains 15 servings. Tea grown in Japan. Assembled in France.

BEST Matcha I have used!!

I have fallen in love with Matcha tea but going out for if costs $$$ so I decided to purchase this tea. I have bought other from the grocery store and it is not ground as fine. This brand is AWESOME ground fine so no gritty taste and residue. I would recommend to anyone who likes Matcha.

This green tea is uncommonly green and tasty

For the winter season (the only season I've had this for so far), Imperial Matcha Tea warms you to your bones after a session of shoveling. It tastes delicious - hearty and healthy, like a green broth.
