I am having a hard time finding the right size for my niece. She wears a girls size XL shirt, but the chest measurements seem to be quite different when I Google what her size shirt measurement is and then try to compare to the measurements listed for these sweatshirts. Are these in Women's or Girl's sizes, and would you describe the fit as normal, tight, loose? Thank you!
