Gourmet Pepper Mill

Grind three exotic peppers to precise, consistent fineness or coarseness with the ultimate mill.

Posh Spice

With its innovative design and fancy French pedigree (its manufacturer has been making top-quality mills for 60 years), this is the ultimate pepper mill—and a fantastique foodie gift. Swiftly swap between one of three premium, exotic peppers (included) by snapping its clear canister onto the bottom of the mill. Then choose one of six pre-defined settings, from fine to coarse, to get the precise grind you want. The case-hardened-steel mechanism first cracks, then grinds, releasing the complex aromas and flavors in the peppercorns.

Cooks and diners can pair peppers with various dishes, or experiment with a flight of them. Spill-proof design keeps tabletops and counters free of residue. Set includes the mill, a serving tray, and three interchangeable compartments filled with different premium peppercorns. Made in France.

Dong Nai: A Vietnamese black pepper with a strong aroma and a mellow-to-delicate flavor, with notes of black tea, smoke, wood, and lemon. Gives dimension to vegetables, leafy green and fruit salads, chickpeas, pizza, and chocolate desserts.

Muntok: White Indonesian pepper. From the same plant as black pepper, white pepper ripens longer and is soaked to remove the skins, creating a highly versatile seasoning with a rich, pungent, somewhat hot flavor. Many Asian and Southern and Eastern European dishes rely on it. Adds bite and tang to vegetables, fruits, rice, and soup, and goes especially well with onions. Used on light-colored foods to retain their color.

Voatsiperifery: A unique wild, reddish-black pepper from Madagascar. Strong woody and floral fragrance notes and subtly sweet flavor with moderate heat. A treat on salad, potatoes, pickles, fruit, desserts, and chocolate. Once extremely rare, it's become popular with chefs and adventurous home cooks.
