Michael Adams has had the entrepreneurial spirit since he was 10 years old. He tried to sell his parents a Showtime Rotisserie oven. Even though he failed, it got him interested in business. After launching a cookie company at 15 and an energy bar company at 18, he moved to mustard after graduating from college.
Michael believes mustard is a blank canvas. You start with 2 or 3 simple ingredients. From there, you're able to add anything you want. This has led to inventive and wacky flavors. While educated in marketing, he has no culinary background. Just a simple guy who loves to create with mustard.
