Fingerprint Touchscreen Stylus

Don't Be So Touchy

Keep your touch screen pristine with this sleek, modern "capacitive" stylus that possesses the same look, weight and feel of an ordinary pen. This tool mimics the touch of your finger, letting you scroll, zoom and type to your heart's delight. The tip is designed to smush onto itself, preventing its metal rim from ever touching - or scratching - your screen.

Designed by architect James Wines, the "fingerprint" illustration is created to be a humorous commentary on people's desire to possess evidence of their uniqueness in a world where escalating technology is destroying most opportunities to retain one's personal identity. This stylus features the fingerprint image as a white-on-black graphic, suggesting that the tool enables you to make your mark now without leaving a trace later. Made in China.

Exclusively at UncommonGoods.

Please note, this stylus is intended for electronic devices, it will not work on paper.

chrome, brass, rubber, acrylic
5.38" L
Unlike a traditional stylus, a capacitive is able to mimic the human finger on touchscreen devices due to its conductive properties. Colors are hand applied over a brass barrel using the finest lacquers available. The front section is a capacitive stylus made of rubber on the tip, with acrylic grip and chrome accents.
