Sarah and Dirk Marshall are a two-person operation (with occasional help from family) who work their farmer's market stand, source their produce from the farmers there, and produce and sell their lip-smacking hot sauces. Dirk prepares the produce and stamps each label by hand, while Sarah makes the sauce by hand and bottles it. It was Sarah's love of gardening and home preserving of local, seasonal ingredients that led her to create their hot sauces. She organized her local canning club, and still finds time to teach canning classes and volunteer on the local canning hotline (!).
