As if Einstein didn't do enough for the world of mathematics and physics, he was also born on March 14th, the day we now celebrate as Pi Day. Artist Izzie Brown drew these parallels into a unique giclee print, showcasing the man himself made up of the first 222 numbers in Pi. The numbers curve and stretch around his iconic hair, creating a portrait that brings art, math, and science together. Printed in Portland, Oregon.

Izzie Brown is an artist, designer, and business owner from Land O Lakes, Florida specializing in word art. She creates portraits by hand, using words or numbers to form the images. Izzie’s artwork was selected as Best in Show at the 2015 Congressional Art Competition and her self-portrait, ‘Moods of Izzie’, is displayed in the US Capitol building in Washington DC.

Comments about UncommonGoods Einstein Pi Portrait:

Our child is the ultimate math geek, and is also a science nerd. For years his teachers have nicknamed him "Pi" due to his love of math & how many digits he has memorized. There has never been a more perfect gift for him!
It is printed on high-quality paper and appears to actually be imprinted because the image is not entirely flat. The colors are vibrant so it's going to be really fun to frame.
We only wish the signature at the bottom wasn't obviously a grainy copy. It would have been much more special to have a genuinely signed product - especially since we were led to believe that each item was individually produced.

A beautiful print that can be easily framed. A must have for all the math and science geeks and freaks in your life. I love the image and it is beautifully drawn. The artist is amazingly talented! A bit longer processing time due to the uniqueness of the print, but well worth the wait! Price is right too considering all that goes into making it. 5 stars for uncommon goods.com
