Since the classic Japanese snack is often used as a bar food, the kit comes with a planter designed to look like a glass of Japanese beer. Plant the seeds in the peat planting medium, place your pot on a window sill or patio, and in 80-90 days you'll be ready for harvestógathering the green pods in the included miniature basket. Boil and sprinkle with salt. Made in Japan.†

    After one month of planting, there is no germination activity. I have followed the directions to the letter, the soil has been moist for the entire time since the seeds where planted. I wish I had read the prior review before I purchased, now I just have an overprice planter.
