Very disappointed

I thought this was going to be a "journal' type of book where my friend could draw. It's a coloring book. There are comments, often written across the drawings that seem pointless. I'm sure they're meant to seem edgy. I did not give this as a birthday gift. Honestly I tore off the covers and recycled. If you want a coloring book you can get one for less.

My husband loves this journal!

Just ok

I thought it would be fun, quirky, and i am interested in expanding into more flow state. The excersices are too elementary and do not go far enough.

Thought provoking

I liked how receptive my daughter was when she took the journal out of the box. Her first words were 'how cool'. She started flipping through the pages silently. I could sense her mind was already twirling!

Fun for any level of creative thinker

Really like no other guided journal I have used, and I have used them all. The creative challenges are really insightful and really funny. I am a creative director and found it really useful, my husband who is admittedly less creative found it opening him up to new ideas. We both laughed a lot doing it together

would recommend this

There were exercises that had me stumped and had me thinking long after the high was over and the exercise still not completed. Haha, I normally get irritated and frustrated with these types of situations, but the explanation in the beginning of the book was spot on with sticking to it and just going with the flow. Leave all judgment at the door.
