  • Please note: It’s recommended to seal the urn with a few drops of superglue once filled with ashes.

It separated!

I picked this up as a gift for my mother as we just cremated my grandmother. It was prettier and smaller than I expected it to be so as a pendant necklace it fell perfectly on my mother. Came with zero instructions but it had a small funnel and little poky stick for I'm assuming pushing in clots. Thankfully i gave this to my mom before we had received the ashes so that she could get used to wearing it. We got the ashes about 10 hours later went to take the necklace off to put them in and the bottom part that holds the ashes was missing. I physically cannot imagine the horror if she had filled the necklace with the ashes and that fell down her chest or that was missing.
