French designer Antoine Daniel found the inspiration for his first metal metropolis in a photograph the artist's father snapped while sailing off the coast of Marseilles. Antoine re-imagined the Mediterranean town as a continuous line, and then created a laser cut landscape from his simplified sketch. Intrigued by the idea that people could line their walls with storied sites and the memories tied to them, the artist traveled around the globe to photograph other famous cities and turn them into linear works of art populated by iconic landmarks. A petite but powerful tribute to your hometown or a bustling burg you'll never forget, this graphic wall decoration honors the connection between people and place. Made from steel in France.
