Cute as a Button

This little piggy goes to your office, or this little piggy can stay home. This little piggy can bring good luck, and this little piggy can bring smiles. But whatever the case, little Chancho (whose name means "pig" in Spanish) proves that pink is the new green by filling its handmade, resin body with reclaimed buttons that would otherwise have gone to a landfill. Those buttons look like shimmering coins, evoking the pig's status in many world cultures as a symbol of prosperity. Designed by Rocio Gonzalez, and handmade in Argentina.

Due to the recycled and handmade nature of this item, each is unique and will vary.

Made in Argentina

Rocío Gonzalez studied architecture in the University of Buenos Aires and later she specialized in the art of manufacturing plastic resin. Together resin and buttons became the perfect combination to create sustainable and colorful objects that reused silent trash. Greca pursues a planet-friendly production from start to finish and is one of the first B Corporations in Argentina.
