Don't know much about a science book? Who cares, when your pint glasses teach chemistry. This annotated pair teaches beer geeks about the naturally occurring molecules that give beer its mojo. Humulene, for example, creates that quintessential hoppy aroma. Ethyl acetate gives ales their fruity flavor. See? You know more already. A couple more sips, a few more annotated molecules, and you'll ace this exam. We hear the prof's an easy grader, anyway. Made in China.

Poorly Made - Don't Recommend

The glasses are sturdy and the designs are cool. However, the design of the beer chemistry info on the outside of the glasses is screen printed and poorly done. I could tell from the moment I got the glasses that the design wasn't going to last, so we made sure to gently hand wash them. Despite that, within a week of using them (i.e. only a few use/washings), the designs have already started to come off. The chemical designs are the WHOLE POINT of the glasses, so I'm furious that I spent the money on these and am embarrassed that I gave my husband a gift that comes across as so cheaply made. I really can't recommend purchasing these, even though the concept is really neat and unique.
