It was half a hit!
Needed to find something to "tame" my husband's beard and I came upon this set. I was so excited! I asked for his feedback on it and said two out of three of the products in this set is useful. The stache oil could be useful if you are growing a mustache, which he isn't. The beard oil and whisker wash work really well although he says the wash smells "funny."

Has a medicine smell
The price was great, but it has a medicine smell. My husband purchased a different product because he didn't like the smell.

My SIL thought this was a fantastic product that softened his beard and made it more manageable and shiny. My daughter said he spent more time than ever grooming his beard and commenting on the fine results. I wasn't sure if it was just a gimmick-y kind of gift, but it really does perform well and was greatly appreciated.

Are there any tree nuts or nut oil in this?

Yes, the moustache wax contains hazelnut and the beard oil contains almond oil.

After reading the reviews, I am slightly concerned with the expiration date of the product. I want to buy this as a Christmas gift for my new husband but don't want to waste any money by buying a product that will likely expire before he even receives it. Has the close expiration date issue been resolved?

We deeply regret that any of our customers have received items that have either expired or are near expiration. We have either replaced or refunded everyone who has had this issue and we believe that we fixed the overall problem so that it should not happen except in a very few cases. So please rest assured, should it happen to you we will take care of you, but we do not believe that it will and that your husband would have oodles of time to enjoy his Beard Pack.

Yes, it's certainly safe to assume! We don't sell anything that is created with harm to animals.

We'd advise not giving the Beard Pack to anyone with any nut allergies, as it contains oils from many different kinds of nuts, including exotic ones that may pose an unknown allergy risk.
