Nancy Bruns and Lewis Payne hand-harvest their 100% natural sea salt from the same ancient sea bed in West Virginia as their ancestors. 200 years later, Nancy and Lewis revived the family business on the same land. Drawn straight from that pristine brine and evaporated with solar power, it has a minerality that comes from (literally) eons of stone erosion.
