Cheryl Glenn's adventure in the art world began when she enrolled in an oil painting class, after working for many years as a Registered Nurse and Health Educator. She painted for several years until her friend persuaded her to join a pottery class. Since then, she has fallen in love with clay and her ability to manipulate its form and texture.
Cheryl has continued to take classes at a local art studio and then attended the University of Utah for pottery. Her pieces reflect nature, texture, movement and color. The surroundings, and being in Utah, inspires her and is the reason why she enjoys using red clay.
