I wanted to get an adjustable oil pourer that would fit into the opening of the glass bottles the olive oil I buy come in. The system is designed well, but one needs to turn the spigot from completely closed to half way open to fully open carefully and with enough force that the whole thing can come out of the bottle if you're not careful. The mechanism is a little stiff and difficult to turn, which means that the effort necessary is almost the same as just winging it with an open bottle and no adjustable pourer. I like the idea. It's elegant-looking too, so I'll keep it and use it carefully till I find a better one.
This oil pourer is made with qulity products and it shows. He adjustments are quick and easy. It looks good and saves me from wasting all our olive oil!
I ordered 2 of these as the concept was great. The first one was a struggle to get to stay in the bottle AND open as doing so just popped it right out of the bottle. After I struggled with it for several minutes, my husband worked with it until he finally said, "I'd send that back". I really wanted it to work so I tried the second one. That one went a bit better but didn't fit all the way into the bottle. I was concerned that this would result in leakage but so far that's not the case. I have reservations about it though as I cook a LOT. I'm concerned that needing to remove it and reset it as I need oil refills to the bottle seems likely to be problematic in a short time due to the imperfect fit. We'll see. The first one is going back now.
I had another pourer but prefer this one. Can control how much pours, and can keep air completely out. Adjusts to different sizes of bottle openings.

Need a bit more control on my oil pouring and this is just the thing
Hands stay.clean, bottle stays clean, counter stays clean.
It is the perfect, adjustable, no drip oil pouring spout.
I bought these for myself and I love them. I cook with olive oil and use it on salads. These make it very easy to get just the right amount needed.
