As a result of joining forces with Crane, our product development team has made five complete wedding suites available to our customers, <\/span><\/i>each with a distinct aesthetic and production details that make them extra special. Last week we gave you an inside look at our\u00a0Tandem Bike Wedding Stationery<\/a>. Next up? The Wedding Crest Wedding Stationery<\/a>. It features a design that’s decidedly traditional due to the coat-of-arms inspiration, but that doesn’t skimp on a sense of fun and lightness, too.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Our Wedding Crest Wedding Stationery<\/a>, like the Tandem Bike stationery<\/a>, is based on the “charming and playful” illustrations of Patricia Carlin, Senior Product Developer Tiffany Jyang<\/a> told us. “This suite takes the iconic symbol of a family crest and translates it into a symbol of a couple\u2019s union \u2013 it tells the story of your wedding day through whimsical but classic illustrations.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Each of the Wedding Crest invitations are letterpressed<\/a>, which is one of Crane’s specialties, and gives the invites “a nice texture and dimension,” according to Tiffany. Letterpress printing is a time-consuming endeavor that requires skill and patience, which results in invitations with an exceptional level of quality. Each print is completed one at a time on Crane’s Heidelberg press.<\/p>\n

Another unexpected detail that you’ll find on the Wedding Crest stationery<\/a> is a whimsical pattern of clinking glasses on the both the liners of the envelopes and the back of the save the date cards. You can also customize the colors and many of the details throughout the suite to ensure that it captures the spirit of your special day.<\/p>\n
