PRODUCT STORY
Yuriko says: Each Elettra block set has 6 faces that can be seamlessly combined and recombined. Each Elettra puzzle comes in a hand cut and assembled wooden box with a sliding plexi glass lid for maximum showing-off!

We design every toy to be beautiful, well-made, a bit odd, and above all an object that can be loved and enjoyed by children and their caregivers alike. Our toys is collaborative work of woodworker, Raven Mahon, and myself, an illustrator. After almost a decade of admiring each other's craft, we found ourselves working on projects for children.

These faces have a lot of character, and we love the idea of mixing and matching the blocks to create completely new creatures. Does the Elettre Block Set have your vote?

I recently purchased these blocks as an Easter gift for my 6th and 8th grade granddaughters. They were so popular at the egg hunt I had to purchase seven more sets for the other grade school grandkids plus two sets for the parents of the kids.

I purchased sets for my grandkids and had to re-order more sets for the parents of the grandkids. They all seem to be enjoying the blocks from the old chip.

I love the idea that this game being focused on "facial recognition." It is well regarded by scientists that the human brain is particularly adept at recognizing human faces. You may not remember a person's name or other physical attributes, but not unusual at all to hear "I know that face!" This game lets children explore faces and what makes a face unique. It's a great way to encourage learning of what a "face" is and what attributes go into making each face we see unique.

We must support American made quality work and these fit the bill. They will last for generations.......unlike made in another country subpar plastic "junk", this concept is genius and the art work lovely and fanciful.

Alluring, fun experiment in hybridization! More affordable than genome splicing. And the best part: no abortive, biohazardous trial and error!
