PRODUCT STORY
Teresa says:I create metal sculptures inspired by my love of nature. I have an affinity for details, and it is reflected in my work. I enjoy the entire process of creating, from designing and fabricating the parts, to assembling them into the whole and seeing the subject come to life.

I enjoy making floral sculptures, and the challenge of trying to capture the essential elements of each particular flower species. The Garden Iris is one of my favorites to make, because I love seeing cold, industrial steel turn into the organic, wavy undulations of the petals. This is one of the first pieces that I've created using a river stone as the sculpture base. The stone adds to the natural beauty of the piece, and it allows it to be displayed in a garden or lawn setting as well as on a porch or patio.

Teresa's Garden Irises combine stone and steel, making them lovely additions to both urban and country gardens. Would you make this urbane bouquet a centerpiece in your flowerbed?

Such refined detail in the petals. Very graceful and elegant unlike so many cheaply manufactured knock offs from China-this is real art!

I would like to see this in copper or more oxidized to bring out the details. Very nice.
