PRODUCT STORY
This isn't just a book, it's an adventure. Not only is it full of beautiful nature photography from Kenya, but also as you turn each page, the image revealed below leaps into action! The cheetah races, the gorilla munches delicious leaves, and an elephant flaps its ears. The story that accompanies the images serves as a guide as your imagination takes a safari down the Mara River. The images are brought to life in surprising depth and detail through a special moving lens that allows your eye to shift between images, like frames in a movie. Kids and adults will be captivated as they watch the movement again and again, whether seeking to discover how it works, or simply enjoying a journey into their imaginations. Printed and made in China.

This unusual book of photography lets you go on Safari without ever leaving home! Would you love to see cheetahs, gorillas, elephants, and other animals in action?

More stuff made in China - why? Of the 4 or 5 items I've voted on today, ALL have been made in China. They all got a thumbs-down from me.

Seems like the '3D' images would help to hold kids attention while reading.

if you do sell this, I'd highly recommend that you provide pictures of the inside of the book so the buyer can understand how the "images reveal" movement.

That's a great idea, Monica! Thanks for the suggestion.

I agree with the suggestion to show an inside view. It seems like a neat idea for a book, but depending on the price, I don't know how much I'd spend on something that may not be that interesting after a few "reads."

There is a similar type of book called "Gallop" so it would need to be competitively priced! I like that its in color and shows real images!

Again, sounded great until I got to the "made in China."

Thank you for disclosing that it is made in China, but please stock more items made in the USA and other countries with more regard for human rights and more trustworthy manufacturing practices! People look to UC for quality craftsmanship and interesting items!!

It would depend on how much it costs. It would be nice but not at a dear price.

The patented process used in this book is phenomenal. At the Smithsonian Natural History Museum, kids were mesmerized by the overblown cover, with the cheetah running in constant motion across the book. It's like you're watching a movie made by National Geographic! Prices on other sites run $16-20 , and its a book that will keep you entertained, first for the "movies," then for the great story of being on a safari. Makes you feel like you're in Kenya.

The move to items made in China is very disappointing. A major reason for buying from Uncommon Goods is the use of local artists.

Smart tool that promises to engage parents as well as kids. For that parent that does not enjoy reading this can be a nice change that will encourage them and make their kids happy! They BOTH may end up loving story time!
