A square, cotton play mat becomes the foundation for the new city. Curving pieces of green felt are laid out as parks and greenspaces. Then the mini building blocks are stacked up into towers and complex structures, connected by lines of elevated roads. Green balls are laid out to become trees . The 100 wooden pieces are made from environmentally responsible, FSC-certified beechwood. Made in Italy.
The M2 Mini City set features a 1:2 scale size of the M2 City with the full 100 pieces, crafted from environmentally responsible FSC certified beechwood. The cotton mat measures 19.7" square. For use on a tabletop or in a small space.

We have a feeling that this MiniCity could mean big fun and hours of imaginative play. What do you think about this contemporary chidren's design?

Oddly enough the six grade class is learning all about urban sprawl and planning city development. This would be perfect for such a project.

Interesting but a little too abstract for most kids.
