PRODUCT STORY

Amanda says: Every day, electronics are thrown out at a much greater rate than those that are recycled. I aim to collect these components before they meet an untimely end to create modern, geeky jewelry and accessories.

Who knew circuit boards could be so interesting? They have neat components, text, and lines, zig-zagging across the board, and come in a rainbow of colors.

Amanda is inspired by the interesting details within circuit boards. We love that her design saves the innards of electronics from landfills. What are your thoughts on this "geeky" design?

I have a necklace shown only in red and black. I love it, and get asked about it all the time. Everyone has a computer

I really like seeing items that use materials that would have otherwise been thrown out. I hate to throw away such things.

I like the idea and the design BUT the Sterling Silver is a negative to me - is that recycled? Is it affordable to the consumer? Consider offering a cheaper alternative to sterling.

Thanks for the comments! I do make hearts and do offer a line of silver plated jewelry. The sterling silver is affordable and I think it's better in the long run since plated metals do eventually rub off.
