PRODUCT STORY
It's a bright sunny day, and you and your dog are out soaking in the warmth. When things start heating up, you've got options to keep yourself hydrated—drinking fountains, water bottles, or even a stop at an ice cream truck. But what is your little hot dog to do?

The answer's a snap if you have one of these Ruff Bowls handy. It's a plastic dish that clips onto most standard-sized, retractable leashes. When pup needs a drink, simply snap it off and fill it from a water bottle or drinking fountain. It even has a handy, built-in clip for holding doggy waste bags hands-free. Made in the North Carolina.

Dog dishes aren't anything new, but this innovative device is! Would you clip the Ruff Bowl to your leash to take your pooch's watering hole on the go?

It would be way to small for my dogs to try to drink out of.

great for smaller dogs, but the dog pictured on the package looks way too big for this bowl!

great idea, but too small for my pup, she's already picky about her current water bowl.

How much water does it hold? My small dog drinks a lot during our walks. I would be hanging any doggie waste bags from it.

Too small. If you're not array water in it, might as well have made it foldable to expand for larger dogs. event concept poorly executed.

I've seen things like this before. I think it would be a little more practical if the bowl could "accordion" to be deeper to hold more water. It's pretty small as is.

Too small for my dogs.... Thanks for making it locally; however, perhaps a tad unnecessary. Poop bags? So the full dangling thing flops along while you finish your walk? Can you picture this with two big labs? Sorry!

What do you call standard size leashes...most come in small, medium and large based on weight of dogs. Good idea though

I like that you don't have to carry water. Most parks have drinking fountains so you can just them them drink when you reach that point. Sure there are bottles you can carry but I have a flimsy bowl that i take with me but its another thing to carry. I like this. Plus it holds bags. Good job!

These are nice but I own what is called a "Gulpy" that I purchased at the pet store. It holds water and the dish all in one. I think you should look up the gulpy and sell IT. Water AND bowl included in one item. So handy!

Love it and need it. Hate carrying the bowl to the beach every time. Not too convenient. A plus to have the built-in for doggy waste bags. This is the end to the water bottle drinking which caused for so much wasted water when trying to get my labrador hydrated after hours of playing at the beach.

i like the idea but as a veterinarian , i really dislike retractable leashes, they are bulky and I have seen too many dogs on vacation run into a road and get hit by a car. i realize it can be operator error but not my favorite leash. bowl is very cool though.
