Finely-grained cuts of natural grapevines unite with swirling patches of colorful epoxy to create these stunning stoppers that seal bottles with an aesthetic that is, at once, natural and atmospheric. Michelle Anderson makes each exquisite piece by hand, turning jewel-toned swaths of epoxy into gorgeous, multi-toned artworks accented with ribbons of color that evoke delicate plumes of smoke. Each stopper's unique shape and painterly appearance encourages visual and tactile exploration, turning every uncorked bottle into a dynamic statement piece. Plus, the stoppers' rubber cones and stainless steel bodies are extremely durable and won't corrode from wine's natural acidity like other materials can. Handmade in Grover Beach, California

We just had to stop and take another look when we saw these bold, colorful bottle stoppers. Michelle Anderson makes each piece by hand using actual grapevines. Check out the product story to learn more about how she creates these functional, durable works of art, then let us know if they have your vote!

I don't care for the teardrop style stopper, perhaps if they were cone shaped I would like them more.

They are adorable and functional. Yes, there are others on the market but what makes these unique and appropriate is that they are made of grape vine material. I hope they become available -- I will be among the first to purchase them.

Don't worry, Hannah. This design isn't part of the design challenge. These items (and those going forward) were added in previous weeks.
