Just because flattened tires have reached the end of the road doesn't mean they don't still have plenty of mileage left in them! In this road-tested accessory, retired inner tube rubber is reconsidered as a material that doesn't fall flat when it comes to kicking your plain pants into high gear. Blown-out inner tubes are sliced and spliced into a dimensional mosaic that gives the tough material a light, fluttery touch. Backed with a heavy nylon strap and connected with a non-polished zamac alloy buckle. Made in Guatemala.

Did you know that recycled rubber is a good-looking, cruelty-free alternative to leather? This stylish belt proves that old inner tubes can be turned into fashionable accessories. Would you love to take this belt for a spin?

It is NOT truly recycled. It is attached to a nylon strap, which is not recyclable. What's the point. It's not particualry pretty nor handsome either.

hard to find guy gifts. May be right for a young man. I would not wear it though.

I've never seen anything made from old tires that I found attractive. This is no exception.

I hate to say it, but I don't love it. The scaly look is kinda cool, but the way this loops through the belt buckle I think would be really hard on it over time. I'd question its durability. Plus it'd be really hard to feed through belt loops since it's so rough.
