Candace is on a roll finding new uncommon goods! Would her latest submission to our voting app help you get paper towels off your roll a little easier?

Looks like a great idea, providing it works as described.

bad idea.. anyone who goes to grab a paper towel in a hurry to wipe up a spill will attest to this..the roll will go everywhere.. one on rollers? big mistake.. much better to just have a heavier base.

I've bought so many that say they work and do not. I would buy this if it worked! I hate when I cannot get my paper towels with one hand! Let alone when I rip it off the whole thing comes crashing down. This one looks cool and it's comparable to the other ones. Wish it were made in USA though :(

Too expensive and don't need wheels on a towel holder. If it doesn't tip, it will slide off the counter.

I like the look, but having the paper towel roll when you pull sounds like a recipe for disaster. No need for wheels!

Paper towels live next to my sink. Cats tend to think banned surfaces are only off limits when I'm not looking or what I'm cooking doesn't smell like meat. Cats sink paper towels on wheels = bye bye paper towels

The thing will roll when you try to tear off a section of paper towel.

It doesn't seem like that would help...just make it harder...like you couldn't rip them since they'd just spin...If I saw it work, maybe I'd go for it, it just doesn't seem like a big enough issue to fork over $25. :/

suspect the wheels a bad idea. i pull the towel and instead of it tearing off the stand spins round. frustrating!

Per the description it should spin only, without rolling from side to side. If that's the case, then it looks awesome, but I'd like to see the price point come down below $15.

Never had trouble getting a paper towel. And i definitely don't want to send money to China for this thing.

Isn't the pont of one of these dispensers that it remains stationary? When you try to pull a sheet off quickly you want the base to stay put, right? Strange...

Not sure what the point of this really is- there seem to be many other options to fix the issue of falling paper towel holders that wouldn't require it to roll away.

I actually have one of these things, and its the coolest things ever. Don't be thrown off by the wheels. It doesn't go anywhere- it just spins in place. And you can really work it with one hand.

I dont want a paper towel holder that moves around, that seems really impractical. I want one that is stationary so that when I rip a towel off, the whole thing doesnt move with the towel I am trying to tear off.

Why wheels?

Hi, Gretchen! The idea is that as you pull the paper one way the wheels roll the other way to keep the stand from tipping over. Do you think it would work?
