PRODUCT STORY
SETTING: Your desk, approximately 3:00 am.
A light breeze blows through an open window. The curtains flutter, your papers rustle, and your favorite pen starts to high-tail it off your desk top. It rolls toward the edge, picking up speed as it goes, until it makes the great leap. Off it rolls, across the room and into the dark, dusty space beneath the radiator. You arrive the next morning, scour high and low, but you quickly realize that your beloved pen is long gone, never to be seen again.
FIN.

Don't let your most precious pen suffer such a cruel fate. Round up your desk accessories with this sleek, three-sided ruler that doubles as a discreet penholder. The pen's end peeks out of the tip of this tubular ruler so you can pop the pen out with ease right when you need it - plus it pops with a delightful pop reminiscent of a celebratory champagne bottle each time you pull it out. And when it's time to pack up, the pen slides smoothly back into the tube, so you'll know exactly where to find it the next time inspiration strikes. Designed by Jac Zagoory in New York. Made in China.

Need a straightedge in a pinch? Want to get the measurements of that drawing just right? Before you can draw that perfect straight line, you'll need to remember where you put your ruler...and you're pen. The good news is, this handy pen holder helps you out in both departments. Does this potential new good measure up?

How is this different from placing the pen into a pen holder? Use a coffee mug.

Thanks, but I'll use one of my many mugs and save nearly $50.

Don't see any value to it. Could be extra hassle to remove. ruler takes up space, most people have a cup or organizer that hold several iems w/ a much smaller footprint.

Theres other ways to do it then buy rulers so that you don't lose your pen.

I agree with an earlier post. Just use a pencil cup of some kind. This seems inconvenient and more trouble than it's worth, especially at that price.

Can you say clutter? So now I have this AND a pencil cup to hold all my other pens and pencils. Or maybe I should get one of these for each pen and pencil.
