Designer Claire Jauregui of Orange Twist says, "I was inspired to bring together dinosaurs and a phrase from a classic holiday song in order to inject humor into the Christmas Season. People who love dinosaurs or care about where and how their purchases are made, or just have a quirky sense of humor will have a fabulous time sending out this set of hand-screenprinted Deck the Halls T-Rex cards."

Claire's cards are designed and screenprinted with love in Seattle, Washington. She uses gentle cleaners in the studio: Simple Green, canola oil, soap, and water. Screens are reclaimed and environmentally sensitive products are used to clean them. Individual and sets of cards are protected from moisture and stains by biodegradable sleeves.

Some people don't see dinos and think "Happy Holidays," but we appreciate Claire's work to bring the two together! Do you know someone with a quirky sense of humor who would get a kick out of this uncommon design?

A bit too heavy for the holidays. Dino is odd for this season.

I can see a bunch of boys handing these out in schools everywhere...Christmas parties were practically mandatory in my kids primary school (kidding of course).

Even though it's not really my style, it is kind of cute.

Dino theme is great, but the image is so small on the card. I'd want a big one on the front of a card!

Again, looks homemade by a beginner.

Are these supposed to be Christmas cards for those who believe in evolution? Ridiculous price. Strange theme. Don't get it. Don't want them. (I know, I know...dinosaurs are what Christmas is ALL about. But still...)

cost and design don't capture me at all for a holiday card - maybe a kids birthday?

Orange Twist makes amazing, quality handmade cards~ This card has nothing to do with evolution, I think some of you nay-sayers are taking things too seriously. It's supposed to be lighthearted and humorous! Good luck Claire!

How much fun is the dino!!! It sure takes some of the stress out of the season, brings a smile to so many faces and has character. Love it!

Just imagining a dinosaur trying to deck the halls with its tiny little arms brings a smile to my face.
