PRODUCT STORY
Ceramics Design Challenge Entry

Lorena Aguirre describes her entry as a "ceramic object that switches functions when flipped."

This concept piece is designed to work as a lamp, ashtray, vase and candle holder. We think the Flip and Switch would be perfect for those with limited space in search of multifunctional, aesthetically pleasing pieces.

Sorry but I might like it more if it was one color. The dots are too distracting for my taste.

We flipped when Lorena Aguirre submitted this clever design in our Ceramics Challenge. Would the semi-finalist's innovative piece look great in your space?

Fun for a college dorm room or apartment. Too expensive.

Gosh, this is a fantastic idea. I love unusual artifacts and would really love to have this, but I just can't see spending $150.

I don't love the dots, though. A different glaze would be nice.

SO UNIQUE! Though $150 is a lot, look at all that you can do with it!

You can do a lot with it, but only one at a time. What if I have two candles I want to use? I'd rather just have separate holders for each of these items.

I love the item, but can't imagine paying more than $50 for it. Maybe that's just because I'm cheap, but it's how I feel.

Don't like the mottled color, makes it look like pieces of pipes. Not aesthetically pleasing, wouldn't want this on my table!

Love the concept, not for the price. and the dots are not my thing, would probably ike it more if it came in a solid color. plus it looks a bit bulky, probably takes up a bit of space.

i loooove the concept but the color/dots are awful. if this was in a different material/color and at LEAST half the price i'd buy it.

Looks like a dirty pipe from a distance. I don't want to decorate with a dirty pipe, no matter how cleverly I can re-orient it.
