PRODUCT STORY
To be honest, this necklace started out with a mistake. I was trying to learn a new technique of glass making called "implosion" and something went wrong. I panicked and shoved the molten blob of glass into a marble glass form. And the crystal ball was born. After firing it, I was pleasantly surprised by how the colors played inside and how unique each piece turned out to be. Now I like to play with different colors and sometimes altering the shape to be an oblong.

This necklace set can be worn by anyone, it's delicate enough to be worn to a sophisticated event and funky enough to be worn on a day-to-day basis, especially since it has such bright colors.

I appreciate lampwork but the silver toned top looks cheap and I have seen this style in many cut-rate tourist shops. The price is inexpensive but I would not waste $20 on it.

Like the idea but am afraid it would look cheap in person. Am assuming it is base metal from the price. Would prefer paying a little more and using sterling.

Leave it as a mistake - or maybe this picture is not the best one.

I appreciate all the comments on my piece, the metal is silver coated but true I did not use sterling silver - I've been trying to keep my work accessible to people like me (i.e. students). Each piece comes out unique as it's about folding glass onto itself, with the variations depending on the heat as well as colors used.

I currently have pieces in navy/yellow, orange/light blue, red/black. I do not know if there will be an option to pick 2 different colors, but hopefully people will be able to ask for custom colors :)

Pretty! I like that it is delicate - I'm not a huge fan of the BIG jewelry that seems to be the trend now. I also like the story behind it and that each piece is hand made. I really appreciate that it is affordable! I will be looking for this one!
