Buttons would be a hassle. High tech people like quick easy access.

Seems old timey for modern devices, which is maybe what they are going for. Buttons are annoying to get through when your cell phone is ringing.

I agree with others that the smaller cases may not be practical - even if you use it for an iPod, not an iPhone, you'd want to be able to reach the buttons or touchscreen. However, I just love the iPad case! I think it adds great dimension to a cool gadget.

i love this idea. but i agree about the buttons being a hassle (maybe velcro with a "fake" button on the outside to keep the look?) but i am a sucker for plaid anything. great.
