I am sorry-- but when I see a tiny spoon like this on a chain, I don't think it supposed to be a baby spoon. I think it is for a white substance other than baby powder.

Trite. And the letters don't look nicely carved to me. The overall quality doesn't look great, though maybe that's because of the chain.
