Handmade in Georgia by artist Kathleen Plate, these funky and inventive necklaces are made from real beer, Coca-Cola ??? , wine and water glass bottles. Plate's "circle" line is made from cutting and firing the recycled glass, then finishing with sterling silver accents and chains to create a true statement piece that will always quench your thirst for style. Choose from teal (wine), clear (Coca-Cola (TM)), green (water), or brown (beer). Handmade in Georgia. Sold individually.Due to limited supply, teal has been discontinued. When it sells out, it will no longer be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

[...] cool looking but I returned mine because it was bigger than I expected. It's called "small" but it's not very small. They should make a smaller one or take a picture of it around someone's neck so that you can get an idea how big it is. Otherwise it was pretty cool.

I got this as a gift for someone who likes recycled and unique products, but it was nothing special. The glass seemed quite fragile, and the chain was of poor quality. I exchanged this for the recycled 'resistors' necklace, and highly recommend that piece instead.

I gave this to a friend for her birthday. Being a whole person the circle suits her perfectly. She wears it most every day as she drops kids at school, works at home, and runs around town. She seems to be able to wear it with anything. Jeans, cords, sweaters, crew necks. She loves it. I worry it will break, but it seems to be holding up great.

I like the concept, but i wish that the ring was just a little thicker. The glass was not as substantial as I thought it would be based on the photos. The delicate silver chain doesn't seem to go with the recycled concept of the glass bottle. I'm putting it on a leather cord with some silver beads. But I still wish the glass was a little thicker. The price had indicated something a little more impressive.
