Create a lush, living wall inside your home or apartment or outside on a fence with the modular, easy-to-install hanging plant pockets.
The breathable material handmade in the USA of 90% recycled plastic bottles allows soil to aerate naturally and reduces the need for drainage. The breathable material also helps the roots do something called air pruning. When the roots sense the air, they naturally stop their own growth because they sense they've reached the limits of their space. This keeps the roots healthy and stops plants from becoming root-bound by growing in continuing circles as they do in non-breathable containers such as clay pots.
How It Works
The felt tongue wicks water to the roots, so don't water the plant - water the tongue. Its breathable front allows excess moisture to evaporate while naturally aerating the soil, and the built-in moisture barrier protects your wall from getting wet.
Create a living wall
Like building blocks, these pockets are totally modular. Just line them up and overlap their grommets (grommet center to grommet center measures 22" across and 13" up and down). You can hang them vertically or horizontally. After you've attached to a wall, simply fill the pockets with soil and full-sized plants.
Features built-in moisture protection which helps protect floors and walls from getting wet.
